Public Meeting Central Committee on Tuesday March 27

On Tuesday, March 27, there will be a public meeting of the Central Committee.

The starting time is 07.00 PM. The Central Committee members want to try having meeting in the evening, so the citizens of Saba will be able to visit the meeting. Location is the Government building in the Bottom.

The Agenda is as follows:

Opening
Approval of the Agenda
Approval of the Minutes from the Central Committee meeting 2011-12-08
Opportunity for inhabitants of Saba to speak, with prior announcement
Island Council Proposal: Legislation Audit Committee Public Entity Saba
Opportunity for the Executive Council members to verbally update the Central Committee

Who am I, but nevertheless my compliments for organising meetings like these in the evening. I think that the registrar Els Boers deserves to receive these compliments in the first place?

One request: Aparte from the on-line availibility of the documents regarding:
Island Council Proposal: Legislation Audit Committee Public Entity Saba,

I would very much like to also be able to download other documents that are annexes of the agenda such as the (concept-) Minutes from the Central Committee meeting 2011-12-08.
